This is a simple as cutting up gator and putting it on the grill, except you
don't have to wrestle the gator. Cut the gator meat into 1/2" cubes. Roll the
gator cubes into Cajun or Creole seasoning. Coat well. Set aside until the
outdoor grill is very hot. It's easier to get a grill basket so that you can turn
the gator. Cook over high heat. If you're cooking indoors, use the oven
broiler at 500 and cook for about 5 minutes. Servie with lemon wedges.
Hint: Grill the lemon too!.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
