Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
  • 2 lg boxes of banana pudding
  • 5 cups milk
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 9 to 12 oz Cool Whip
  • Box or bag of vanilla wafers
  • 3 to 5 bananas
  • lemon juice
Peel and slice bananas. Dip in lemon
juice (helps keep them from turning
brown). Set aside. Beat instant banana
pudding with milk. Add sour cream and
Cool Whip until completely mixed. Use a
rubber spatula and scrap the bowl to
check. Place layers of vanilla wafers and
sliced bananas in the bottom of the
bowl. Line the edge of the bowl with
bananas and wafers. Pour half the
mixture on top and smooth. Place
another layer of vanilla wafers and
sliced bananas. Pour the rest of the
mixture on top and smooth. To garnish,
place vanilla wafers around the top.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve
with the rest of the Cool Whip.

Serves 12 or more.
